By purchasing hatching eggs from Sarah’s Silkies & More it is understood that you agree to the following terms. We pack our eggs very well and ship with USPS. YOU rely on them for safe and on time delivery. We are NOT responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or any other mishaps once the eggs leave our care (because at that point it's out of our hands). You will be provided with tracking information as soon as we have it. If you have questions or requests regarding how your eggs are packed, labeled and sent, please reach out BEFORE you purchase.
Our hens are housed with fertile roosters. We routinely check fertility at our farm and if there's any issue we don't sell until it's resolved. I will only send eggs when I know fertility in that pen is good! If you message me after and say "These eggs are not fertile" I 100% know that's not the case.
This is just a hobby for me. An expensive, time consuming hobby. I do work full time so if I don't get back to you right away that is why.
Hatching eggs especially if they are shipped ARE A GAMBLE
I cannot guarantee hatch rate. Please educate yourself on hatching shipped eggs prior to purchase. I can't control your incubator settings or how they were handled after they left my care. NO refunds or replacements on shipped eggs.
Your package can be held at your post office upon request. They will call the phone number that you have provided.
